Home of the Patty Aragon Green Chile Classic. A green chile cookoff for homecooks and commercial entries. Participants must have their registration forms in by September 16. Read all the rules! Green Chile lovers can attend the event and taste samplings of green chile and margaritas at 12:30. There will also be live music beginning at 1:30 and the beer garden opens at 10:30.
