Join us at Ruby M. Sisson Library on April 5th to learn more about Habitat Archuleta's affordable homeownership program, where you can build your own home alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. You may qualify if you: Have a need for affordable housing Have dependable income within our guidelines Have good credit Contribute a small down payment Commit to "sweat equity" Attend homebuyer education classes Have lived in Archuleta County for 1 year Child supervision will be provided.
