Basics of Pistol Shooting

Pistol Wrangler LLC is providing a Basics of Pistol Shooting Class on June 19 and 20, 2026. This is a comprehensive 2-day NRA-endorsed class that includes basic handgun shooting skills for those with little or no previous experience. Topics Include: firearms safety, proper shooting grips, stances, site alignment, familiarization with revolvers and semi-auto pistols, how to select a handgun for your purpose, ammo types and selection, legal issues, firearms cleaning and more. NOTE: It is recommended that students attend this class PRIOR to purchasing a firearm.

A student handbook will be distributed to all attending students in advance to read in order to better prepare students for the class and to be a permanent reference guide. A $50 deposit is required to cover class materials, student handbook, and expenses.
