Halotherapy AKA dry salt therapy - 30 minute sessions.
The ambient heat generated by backlighting allows the himalayan salt to release negative ions into the air. They purify the air by neutralizing positive ions from pollutants. Also, the ground molecule salt that is misted into the air, works hand in hand with those particles you breathe in help improve mental well being, reduce stress and promote better sleep.
Stacie, our massage therapist, takes pride in listening to each individual's specific need. Each of her massage sessions offers complimentary hot towels and aromatherapy. $10 off new clients. Add ons can include hot stones, foot reflexology, Cupping, pink Himalayan salt foot scrub just to name a few. Stacie's own words, many of her clents feel "melted" when her healing hands leave their body. *Sound Healing *Reiki *Raindrop are a few of the many modalities she offers. Some guests have chosen the use of our 6 organic essential oils oxygen bar to complete the ultimate relaxation experience. Each oil scent has it's own benefit. Lavender & Vanilla for relaxation - helps with muscular aches and pains. Lemongrass & Eucalyptus - helps with throat irrations and great for calming nerves. They also help with sinus issues from allergies. Orange is warm and uplifting. It helps fight depression and awakens creativity. Peppermint: Perfect for high altitude sickness and helps with harsh headaches and nausea. It also helps with menstrual pain. You can even receive a chair massage from Staice while receiving aromatherapy oxygen. 15-20 minutes are best to experience and feel the difference with the aromatherapy oxygen.
