Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association

The Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association was created in 1970 by Navajo Trail Corporation, an early developer of what has since become the community of Pagosa Lakes. The Association is the master association for owners of lots, condominiums and timeshares in all subdivisions except Alpha and Meadows 1.

No other area in Colorado offers the amenities of Pagosa Lakes. Fishing, hiking, rafting, skiing, hunting, boating on Navajo Reservoir, mountain climbing, golfing, horseback riding, shopping, kayaking, snowmobiling, flying, hot air balloon rides or just looking at the beautiful scenery.
