Mountain Pizza & Taproom, established in 2018, is fulfilling a long-time dream of bringing Artisan Brick Oven Pizza and a nice variety of Craft Beers to the beautiful Mountain Town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Our Pizza~We begin with Primo Mulino flour to mix a delicate dough that is aged for 2 days, and hand tossed. Next, we apply a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Stanislaus Pizza Sauce made from fresh hand crushed tomatoes, Grande Cheese, and the finest local and imported toppings we can find. Each Pizza is handmade in front of you and then placed in our 900-degree, rotating floor Brick oven. In 2-3 minutes your pizza is cooked to perfection and ready to eat! Libations include a self-serve wall of 22 taps; 16 Craft beer, 2 white wines, 2 red wines and 2 root beers. Yes, I did say self-serve! Our unique system allows you to sample as little or as much as your want. Our system means, no lines, no waiting, the freedom of choice, and the ease to sample new and different products.
