Community Connections, Inc.

Community Connections, Inc. (CCI) is a 501 c 3 not-for-profit organization established in 1985 to serve children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), like autism, Down Syndrome, traumatic brain injury and cerebral palsy, across Southwest Colorado. Our mission is to create opportunities for children and adults with IDD to lead healthy and fulfilling lives within our community. Our vision is of a community where all people with disabilities have the same opportunities as other community members. Community Connections, Inc. (CCI) is the only organization providing 24/7 comprehensive services to people with developmental disabilities in Archuleta, Dolores, La Plata, Montezuma and San Juan counties.
