This fundraiser for Rise Above Violence promises to be the Fall event not to miss.  Fashion design teams are assembling outfits made from required items of garage bags, duct tape, thrift store purchases and natural elements. They will model their “frugal but fabulous” creations down the runway vying for your votes with your dollars for their creative efforts.
