Come join the Penguin Plunge during Winterfest at the Pagosa Springs Chamber on Saturday, January 17. Pledge forms for your organization can be downloaded from from the Chamber website at pagosachamber.com/winterfest. Pledge forms are due at noon on the 17th and the plunge starts at 1:00 PM.
