Health Care
I’m a board-certified family physician with over 18 years of experience caring for individuals and families across all stages of life—from newborns to older adults. My medical approach is grounded in both conventional and integrative medicine, allowing me to address acute concerns, manage chronic conditions, and support long-term wellness through personalized, whole-person care.
I earned my undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University, my medical degree from Loyola University Chicago, and completed my family medicine residency at Virginia Commonwealth University. I also completed fellowship training in integrative medicine through the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona—an intensive program that deepened my commitment to addressing the root causes of illness and promoting health through nutrition, mind-body practices, lifestyle change, and evidence-based complementary therapies.
At the core of my practice is a belief in unrushed, compassionate, and relational care. I founded GoodWorks Direct Primary Care to offer a different kind of healthcare experience—one where patients feel known, heard, and supported in every step of their health journey.
It’s my privilege to walk alongside my patients as a trusted partner in their care.
