Casa del Sol is located on a ridge top with wonderful views of the San Juan Mountains in southern Colorado, just 3 miles from the famous Hot Springs, and 25 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area. The main house (without the in-law) is 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and sun splashed living-family room with sliders to a large patio with a BBQ, and seating for 10+ for sunset viewings!. Skylights in the Living Room make this the "House of the Sun!" with a gas fireplace, a flat screen TV and free wireless internet. A large Family room in lower level has a ping pong table, with games, TV, and a fold out queen size sofa, (with a movable privacy screen). Laundry facilities are available there and a full bathroom. There are two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed, dresser, and closet.  Main level has the master bedroom with a King bed, TV, and a separate entrance to the main full bath. There is an OPTIONAL IN-LAW SUITE (extra cost; see below) consisting of a queen bed, kitchenette, dining area and full bath with sliders to the front deck and 30ft balcony overlooking the San Juan Range.
