She is an expert at overseeing complex systems within the public education sector for over a decade, Melissa believes that every challenge is an opportunity for growth. Currently a Doctoral candidate in Technology Education, she combines her background in "risky business" with academic rigor to help groups master the art of when to Push and when to Pivot. Melissa translates the grit of high-altitude mountaineering into actionable strategies for organizations looking to grow.
